a new week

I know it’s early to blog but I’m doing it anyway! I did a lot of stuff this week like always. I’m really excited about one thing, I measured my body fat with Ryan which we usually do every month but since I went away we couldn’t do it since yesterday. It went down from the percent we measured in September!! It’s not that I’m fat, I just train and would like to know my body fat. Other than that, I did: math, spanish, history, cook n00b, draw, played skull which is a card game, listen to music, go to check in and change up, played werewolves, go outside for fresh air which is always good, and of course go to the gym every night…well not every night because your body needs to rest but when you have leg day you can never skip it.
