This week went by quick like always. I did a lot of things well not a lot like most of the weeks but some things such as: spanish, math, started making a program with Ryan, read, talked to Mel about receiving her belt for training and more stuff but I can’t remember. It was an amazing week but I think I could’ve made it better by doing a lot more things. Today is leg day and you know what they say….NEVER SKIP LEG DAY!!!! Squats, lunges, and leg press got me hyped for todayyyyyy. BETH IS BACK AND TRAINING BUT still going easy for a few weeks.
